Our STEM-focused Minds Inspired programme is designed to ignite the brightest young minds and provide meaningful workplace experiences. Dart Scholar provides financial support, mentoring and enrichment opportunities to selected high school and university students. We're committed to encouraging, supporting and inspiring our brightest minds to achieve their full potential. Work-X offers meaningful, real-life work experience in teams and businesses across the Dart group.

Spaces to connect with family and nature. Community parks lie at the heart of each of Cayman's five districts. Created by Dart, owned and managed by the government, the Growing Communities public-private partnership was inspired by Ken Dart's affinity for natural landscapes and places that bring people together.
We're one of the largest private employers In the Cayman Islands, with more than 600 staff members ready to roll up their sleeves to improve our community where it's needed most. We encourage our employees to give back through paid volunteer leave and organised community development projects.
