Dart hospitality portfolio shines with five MICHELIN Keys
24 September 2026Four hotels within Dart’s hospitality portfolio have been recognised in the 2026 MICHELIN Key selection, earning a combined five MICHELIN Keys: The Ritz-Carlton, Grand Cayman, Kimpton Seafire Resort + Spa and Palm Heights in Grand Cayman, and Four Seasons Resort and Residences Anguilla. Together, the distinctions recognise each property’s distinctive character, thoughtful design, quality of service and ability to deliver memorable guest experiences.
The MICHELIN Key is the hotel equivalent of the MICHELIN Star for restaurants. Introduced in the Caribbean in 2025, the distinction recognises hotels and resorts that deliver outstanding hospitality experiences. MICHELIN Guide inspectors assess properties through anonymous visits against five universal criteria: architecture and interior design, quality and consistency of service, personality and character, value and the property’s contribution to its destination.
“MICHELIN Key recognition is a meaningful achievement for our hospitality portfolio and, most importantly, for the teams who create exceptional experiences for guests every day,” said Justin Howe, chief operating officer at Dart. “We are proud to see four of our properties recognised in the 2026 selection. These distinctions reflect the strength of our partnerships with world-class hospitality brands, the individuality of each property and the dedication of the people who bring these destinations to life.”
In Anguilla, Four Seasons Resort and Residences Anguilla has retained its Two MICHELIN Keys, recognising its continued delivery of an exceptional hospitality experience. The recognition adds to the resort’s growing list of international accolades. Earlier this year, the property was among a select group of hotels and resorts in the Caribbean and Mexico to receive inaugural Condé Nast Traveller Triple Crown recognition, and Dart announced that the resort had maintained its Forbes Travel Guide Five-Star status for the fourth consecutive year.
In the Cayman Islands, The Ritz-Carlton, Grand Cayman has retained its One MICHELIN Key. The resort has a long-standing record of international hospitality awards, including the inaugural Condé Nast Traveller Triple Crown recognition and the 2026 Forbes Travel Guide Five-Star ratings for the resort, The Ritz-Carlton Spa and the on-site high-end restaurant Blue by Eric Ripert.
Kimpton Seafire Resort + Spa in Grand Cayman joins the MICHELIN Key hotel collection this year with One MICHELIN Key. The beach resort has also maintained its Forbes Travel Guide Five-Star status, while The Spa at Seafire has retained its Five-Star designation. Kimpton Seafire Resort + Spa combines contemporary design with a distinctly Caymanian sense of place, from its architecture and interiors to its culinary offerings and guest experiences.
“Receiving a MICHELIN Key is an incredible recognition of the people behind Kimpton Seafire Resort + Spa and the care, creativity and genuine hospitality our team brings to every guest experience,” said Yann Gillet, Area General Manager, Kimpton Seafire Resort + Spa. “As we celebrate our tenth anniversary, it is especially meaningful to see a decade of dedication recognised on a global stage. This achievement belongs to our team, while also reflecting Grand Cayman’s continued growth and recognition as a world-class luxury hospitality destination.”
Palm Heights, an all-suite hotel on Seven Mile Beach in Grand Cayman, has also retained its One MICHELIN Key. The boutique property is known for its distinctive design and its celebration of Caribbean culture, cuisine, wellness and creativity. Its approach to hospitality brings together a strong sense of place with a contemporary, residential-style experience for guests.
