Michael Marzouca

2019 Dart High School Scholar

St. Ignatius Catholic School

Michael is currently the only student at his school pursuing an impressive 5 A2 level subjects. He is studying computer science, physics, chemistry, maths and further maths, having achieved the maximum A grade in these subjects at AS level in 2022 – a record breaking achievement at his school. Michael has won the Dart Senior Maths Challenge three times and represented the Cayman Islands in Switzerland at the FIRST Global Robotics Competition. His interests include chess and coding.

I am very interested in topics that relate to computer science and math due to the problem-solving aspect. Examples include robotics and game development.

His triple success at the Dart Maths Challenge taught him there are no limits for improving as long as you keep reaching as high as possible.

Michael plans to study engineering at a top-tier university. His long-held career goal is to be an aerospace engineer.
