We’ll meet you at the intersection of design, hospitality and heritage. We’ll meet you at Kimpton Seafire Resort + Spa.
Every element of this 266-room luxury resort is dedicated to being “of the place.” From intuitive service to an ethos that elevates the guest to connect with our culture and heritage, and the 400 cultural nods that await your discovery across the resort, Seafire is woven into the very fabric of the Cayman Islands.
Environmental impact
Kimpton Seafire Resort + Spa has taken sustainability to a new level. A ground-source geothermal air-conditioning system keeps guests cool while one of the largest solar panel arrays in the Cayman Islands powers operations and the LED bulbs found throughout the resort. Our lush native landscaping is watered from several large rainwater cisterns.
And stewardship doesn’t stop with service. Our Seafire teams are also guardians of turtle nest monitoring and reef restoration. All outdoor beach lighting is turtle-friendly, angled downwards to prevent it from shining on the beach, as nesting turtles and hatchlings can confuse artificial light with the moon that guides them to the sea.
Resort and residential buildings are also set far back beyond the high-water mark to allow for the beach’s natural dynamic movement, preventing beach erosion.
