Three years ago, GlobeSt.com visited the Cayman Islands to chat with Dart Real Estate, a subsidiary of Dart Enterprises about its property Camana Bay, the idea of “new urbanism” and the next chapter for the company.

At the time, Jackie Doak, now president of the company (COO at the time of the interview), talked about the idea of urbanism and how Camana Bay’s design is driven by purpose—a mixed-use community with commercial, retail, educational, recreational and resort facilities, open green spaces and residential properties all within walking distance.
We came back just a little over three years later and the progress has been incredible.
