Dart hotels earn multiple Five Star honours in the 2026 Forbes Travel Guide

Multiple properties within Dart’s hospitality portfolio have earned top distinctions in the 2026 Star Awards presented by Forbes Travel Guide, the global benchmark for service excellence in luxury travel.

Leading the distinction is The Ritz-Carlton, Grand Cayman, which is the only property in the Caribbean to earn Forbes’ Triple Five Star distinction across its hotel, spa and restaurant, Blue by Eric Ripert. The resort has long been recognised in Forbes Travel Guide’s rankings and remains a benchmark for luxury and hospitality in the region.

Kimpton Seafire Resort + Spa first achieved its Forbes Travel Guide Five Star rating in 2023 – becoming the first Kimpton property worldwide to earn the accolade. The hotel has consistently maintained its Five Star status since and continues to be recognised among the world’s luxury hotels, which is evidenced in its service excellence. The Spa at Seafire also maintained its Five-Star status, having first earned the coveted ranking in 2024.

Four Seasons Resort and Residences Anguilla maintained its Five Star status for the fourth consecutive year, reinforcing Dart’s consistent ability to develop and steward international properties that meet the highest standards of luxury hospitality.

And, Zemi Beach House, another boutique hotel in Anguilla owned by Dart, was Recommended for the second time.

“This recognition from Forbes Travel Guide reflects the extraordinary dedication of the teams who bring these properties to life every day,” said Enrique Tasende, senior vice president of active investments at Dart, “and are ultimately a testament to attention to detail, commitment to hospitality and ability to create stays that feel both world-class and deeply connected to their destination.

“We are proud to work alongside leading global brands and talented operators to ensure our properties continue to set a high standard for service excellence while contributing positively to the communities in which they operate.”

The 2026 Forbes Travel Guide Star Awards come on the heels of several other awards for Dart and its hospitality portfolio. Just four months ago, The Ritz-Carlton, Grand Cayman and Four Seasons Resort and Residences Anguilla celebrated earning one and two MICHELIN Keys, respectively. Last year, Dart was recognised as Ownership Group of the Year by Forbes Travel Guide, which is a representation of the organisation’s exceptional leadership, long-term vision and sustained commitment to luxury hospitality excellence. The award was presented in collaboration with CBRE Group Inc, a global leader in commercial real estate services and investments.
