Joanne Lawson
Joanne Lawson is the Chief Executive Officer of Dart Enterprises Ltd, where she sets the vision and strategy for Dart, identifying opportunities for growth, investment and innovation.
Jo has been with Dart for more than 20 years and has held a range of leadership roles across the organisation, including in administration, business development, organisational development and culture, and most recently as chief of staff and chief of administration.
She holds a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from Portsmouth University, as well as a diploma in Hospitality Management from Vancouver Community College.
In addition to her leadership responsibilities at Dart, Jo served as President of the Cayman Islands Chamber of Commerce from 2024 to 2025. She continues to contribute to the community through her service on the boards of Cayman Airways and Code(Cayman), a nonprofit organisation that provides free technology education and skills training to youth and adults throughout the Cayman Islands.
Jo lives in the Cayman Islands with her husband and sons. In her spare time, she loves boating, travelling the world and spending quality time with her family and friends.
