Gary Gibbs is Dart’s executive vice president, development and executive director, Decco. Gary leads the company’s development and construction business.
He oversees projects in the Cayman Islands from pipeline conception to construction execution and his teams have played an integral role in delivering many of Dart’s flagship projects including Kimpton Seafire Resort + Spa and The Residences at Seafire, the town of Camana Bay, Cayman International School and the Health City Camana Bay hospital.
Gary joined Dart in 2010, after managing the construction and opening of The Ritz-Carlton Grand Cayman. Prior to moving to Cayman, Gary worked as a country manager and construction engineering manager on projects in the United States and Cayman Islands. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from California Polytechnic State University San Luis Obispo.
