Alasdair Foster is a director of Dart Enterprises Ltd. Alasdair brings his previous legal, financial and business experience to exercise independent judgement, contribute to strategic decision making and promote the success of the company.
Alasdair holds a Master of Arts degree in Jurisprudence from the University of Oxford along with a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Cambridge and was called to the Bar by Lincoln’s Inn. He practiced as a barrister for five years before joining JP Morgan in London. Alasdair moved to Cayman in 2008, joining Walkers as Senior Vice President before becoming a director of hedge funds and SPVs at the Maples Group. He lives in Cayman with his wife and two children.
Alasdair joined the Dart group of companies in 2013 and as President, Active Investments managed a diverse portfolio of operating businesses in the Cayman Islands and internationally covering the retail, hospitality, biotech, manufacturing and finance sectors.
